Cryogenic Storage Tank

Our cryogenic storage tanks are double-wall, vacuum-insulated units, featuring two concentric tanks: an inner tank made of stainless steel and an outer tank constructed from carbon steel. The outer tank is protected with a three-coat painting system, designed to resist weathering and provide a minimum lifespan of 5 years. A specialized anti-rust surface treatment ensures durability even in harsh environments.

The space between the inner and outer tanks is filled with highly insulating material combined with a hygroscopic substance. This chamber is evacuated to a vacuum level of 5 × 10⁻² mbar, providing exceptional thermal insulation to maintain cryogenic temperatures.

Key Features:

  • Capacity Range: Available in sizes from 5 m³ to 312 m³ for both horizontal and vertical configurations.
  • Pressure and Temperature: Operating pressures between 5–36 bar and a design temperature range of -196°C to +50°C.
  • Standards and Certifications: Designed and manufactured in compliance with ASME VIII Div.1 Ed. 2021, EN 13458, EN 13530, AS standards, and internal quality guidelines. Our manufacturing process is certified to EN ISO 9001 and supervised by independent quality assurance entities.
